• Copyright law

Copyright law is developing rapidly at the European level. Just think of the developments made in internet liability issues, liability arising from links and framing, the responsibility of access providers, operators of online marketplaces and other intermediaries and the law of contract relating to digital goods. Despite the progress made in the harmonisation and approximation of the law in many fields of copyright law there are special regulations in the individual EU Member States in place which in particular require transnational expertise in cross-border matters. In this context, we can rely on our successful international network established for many years.
