• Design law

The design law protects two or three-dimensional forms of appearance of a product or its parts, for example chairs, spare parts, lamps, product packaging, logos, drawings, graphics, get-ups, wallpapers, web design and decorations. Innovative technological developments such as 3D printers present both opportunities and risks for holders of intellectual property rights, since it is relatively simple and cheap to make copies. We advise our clients during the application procedure and enforce their IP rights against third parties in and out of court.  And we defend our clients against alleged design infringements.
