Sebastian Laoutoumai advises companies on IT law, particularly when drafting IT contracts. He also advises on data protection law and media law. He advises companies of all sizes on the implementation of digitalization projects.
Sebastian Laoutoumai studied at the universities of Munich and Cologne and successfully completed a master's degree in information technology law. Mr. Laoutoumai has been admitted to the bar since 2013 and has also been a specialist in IT law since 2016. Before joining the Löffel Abrar Rechtsanwälte law firm, Mr. Laoutoumai was employed as a lawyer at Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft for several years in the IP/IT and media department. Mr. Laoutoumai has been a lecturer in architectural copyright law in the master's program “Real Estate Law” at the University of Münster (JurGrad) since 2021.
