Dr. Sascha Abrar studied at the Universities of Cologne (Dr. iur.), London (LL.M. in IP) and Seville. He is a founding partner of Löffel Abrar and was previously also a partner in another IP boutique in Düsseldorf. Sascha Abrar is an attorney with over 20 years of experience as a litigator in the field of intellectual property. He advises and represents companies and entrepreneurs from all sectors in intellectual property matters, in particular in relation to trademark, copyright and design litigation and in unfair competition law disputes. He represents clients before regional courts, higher regional courts and the General Court of the European Union, for example regarding trademark disputes, product imitations or "lookalikes", trade fair activities, advertising claims and commercial statements.
