Löffel Abrar Attorneys is a specialized team of highly qualified lawyers - a boutique for companies and entrepreneurs. We advise our clients on intellectual property law, unfair competition law, data protection law and it law.

We do not want to be a "full-service law firm" that offers clients advice in almost all areas of law, but rather focus on these specific areas of law and on what we are particularly good at. Since our law firm was founded over 10 years ago, our clients have appreciated our high level of expertise, efficiency, sufficiency, assertiveness, creativity, tactical coordination - and our pragmatic solutions.

One focus of our unit is national and international litigation in the field of intellectual property and unfair competition law. For example, disputes about product imitations, lookalikes, copycats, measures against trademark and product piracy and conflicts about commercial statements and trade secrets. We represent both attackers and defenders in legal proceedings and interim injunction proceedings (summary proceedings). In doing so, we always follow the maxim: no hasty reactions, but thinking things through to the end - even in urgent decisions in summary proceedings. Because, as we all know, most time and most money is lost if you do not think things through to the end.
